Some items are not even available in the app. I ended up calling the store to order so the app was a no no

Im in HoChiMinh City and ordered on the app. I received no confirmation or delivery of order even though my order shows in the history. So either the app doesnt work or the restaurant ignores the orders. Either way not using again. Waited a couple hours then ordered using other delivery app.
Worked perfectly! Got a confirmation email then a follow up call confirming the order. Ill be back...
